The New York State Association of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors offers several types of membership. Regular and at-large members are contractors in the p-h-c trades. These members are required to belong to the PHCC-National Association as well, through the state association. These members have voting privileges.

Regular Members: Contractors who belong to a chartered local association.

At-Large Members: Contractors who are in a geographic area where there is no chartered local association, or who are not eligible for membership in a local association in their area.

Associate Members: Individuals or firms that do business with the plumbing, heating, cooling industry. Associate members have the privilege of attending the annual meeting of the association in a non-voting capacity. They are also eligible to participate in any association program available to any regular member. Dues are $500 per year.

Educational Associate Member: Students, teachers, inspectors, persons engaged in any educational related activities involving the plumbing, heating, cooling industry. These members enjoy the benefits of Associate Members listed above. Dues are $100 per year, this includes $50 national membership as an Educational Associate.
